Manufacturing Facility

We have a state-of-the-art processing facility that deploys cutting edge technology. At this unit, we have installed sophisticated plants and machinery, sourced from USA and Germany for a speedy processing rate. We are the only company who has developed a sound grading unit which is located at Dhule, Maharashtra, India, in a sprawling area of 20,000 sq.ft.

 

At this infrastructure with these facilities, we work with complete dedication to provide our clients a superior quality range of products, which conforms to the international quality standards. Each machines and apparatus used for the processing of our products are kept in a proper condition and are cleaned regularly to ensure that the processing takes place under hygienic conditions.

 

The process we follow while manufacturing our products are:


Level 1


  • We have tie-up with more than 7000 farmers who cultivates onion, which enable us to have a fresh and quality lot of raw material

 

Level 2


  • Then each lot of the raw material gets tested and graded by size, maturity, quality and color at our Dhule (Maharashtra, INDIA) based Grading Unit
  • After doing that, we dispatch it to the concern manufacturing location


Level 3


  • Then we proceed to cut onions from top and bottom


Level 4


  • After cutting, de-skinning, spray washing & repeated dip washing in water to sanitize them for further process are conducted


Level 5


  • Mechanical slicing & washing


Level 6


  • After sanitization, onions are then sent for process of dehydration
  • The automatic belt dryers in the plant impart the exact degree of dehydration without affecting the taste and aroma( 45 – 105OC)


Level 7


  • Bin drying at temp 45-80O C


Level 8


  • The dehydrated onions are then sorted in a clean air conditioned room in germ-free conditions


Level 9


  • After sorting, these items are passed through automatic SORTEX z+ in AC room


Level 10


  • Automatic Magnetic Separators are used for detecting any unwanted metal impurities


Level 11


  • After separating impurities, the completely processed product goes through final stage of checking to ensure complete standardization of quality, sanitation, flavor and color


Warehousing and Packaging

We have developed a spacious warehousing unit for the safe storage of our products. This warehousing unit has mass storage capacity, which helps in easy storing, retrieving and dispatching bulk consignments with ease in a timely manner. Further, our warehouse also is well equipped with all modern amenities and has an excellent connectivity to the roads, highways and port, which helps in easy shipment of these Food Products all across the globe.

 

Our warehouse is:

  • Resistant to heat and weather calamities

 

Moreover, to save our products from any damage as well as to keep them fresh for the longer period of time, we have well structured packaging and transportation facilities. To ensure complete safety during the packaging process, we have hired a team of professional packers, which package our products as per the specifications of the packaging provided by us such as:


For Domestic Market :


  • Aluminium Polybag
  • HDPE bag
  • HDPE Bag coated with paper bag.
  • Paper bag
  • Corrugated Box

 

For Export:


  • Bulk packaging in 2x12.5 kgs
  • Heat-sealed high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bags in a 5 ply corrugated box of 25 kgs. net wt
  • Other bulk packing & small consumer packing is also available as per customers' exact requirements
  • Quantity per FCL: Flakes approx 17 Mt. in 1x40 Ft. FCL / Approx 7.5 Mt. in 1x20 Ft. FCL
  • Power approx. 15 Mt. in 1x20 Ft. FCL
  • Other mixed assorted combinations in FCL are also possible as per customer needs
  • Fumigation of all containers with approved pesticides at our factory before shipment
